Over the last couple of months the opportunities service has learnt to email and my inbox has be filled with various emails that I just don't want to receive such as this morning:

I really don't want this kind of email in my inbox.
Is it possible to unsubscribe from these emails or prevent certain departments having access to my email address?
I’m
feeling spammed.
Can I unsubscribe for certain university emails?

I'm afraid it's not currently possible to do this, due to the way that the University has configured its mailing lists.
We are, however, looking at the possibility of a system which would allow this in the future. In the meantime I'd recommend emailing Opportunities directly and telling them that you're not interested in their mailings.
